i) Writing a Gat/Bandish in Notation with Raga Details

ii) Origin & Evolution of Taal and its uses

iii) Brief study of Ancient Tala System

iv) Brief study of scholars of Indian Music & their Contribution: Bharat, Ahobal, Nanyadev, Dattil, Matang, Sarangdev.

History of Music-II

 Unit-1 Define the Following

i)  Abirbhav, Tirobhav, Jati, Alpatva-Bahutva.

ii) Sthan, Giti , Gaan, Varna.

iii) Vadi, Anuvadi, Vibadi, Samavadi

Unit-II   Provide  the necessary details

I) Writing a Gat/Bandish in Notation with Raga details

ii) Complete Knowledge of North Indian & South Indian Tala.

iii) Comparative study of Carnatic & Hindustani Taal.

iv) Brief study of scholars of Indian Music & their Contribution:

ii) Saptak , Varna

iii) Raga , Upanga.

iv) Gat & its varities.
